✦ If you are interested in getting a commission, fill out the form AFTER carefully review my TOS.
• After received your request, I will review it to be sure I can complete your idea to the best of my ability.
✦ Once the commission is approved, I will rewrite you in a maximum of two business days to confirm and reserve a slot for the available month.

Please carefully review my TOS before requesting commission!
By commissioning me you are agreeing with the terms listed below.
• General •
✦ I can reject your idea if I feel that I am unable to fulfill it.
✦ Do not request a certain art style from me. If you choose to commission me, it is because you like my style, and that is the style you should expect from the finished product.
• I only provide digital files (not printed art) in the sizes specified under commission pricing, unless specified by the client otherwise.
• Do not edit, copy or trace my work without my permission.
• Payment •
✦ Payments are made through paypal, in EUR only.
✦ All commissions are to be split in one of two ways:
1) 30% when I start the commission, 30% upon confirmation of the drafts and 40% upon completion.
2) 50% when I start the commission and the remaining 50% upon conclusion.
✦ At the end of your order a +5% Paypal fee will be added.
• Commission •
✦ At the beginning of each month I will contact all customers who have reserved a slot for that month for further details, after that I will proceed in chronological order.
✦ You will be informed about the estimated delivery time after we have discussed further details/specifications if necessary and confirm (or not in case of changes) the previously established quote.
• I will wait for an answer for a maximum of 2 days, if on the third day I still don't receive an answer I will contact you again and wait for the end of the day (I'm Italian).
After this period I will consider the commission canceled and, in case there is a desire to proceed again, a new date will be agreed.
✦ Since November 2022 I have started to stream personal work and commission, of course the emote ideation process will not be streamed and you will always be the first to see the drafts as you should BUT if you prefer that even the later steps are not streamed let me know.
I don't really have a schedule of what I will bring in live but if you wanna be notified when I will be working on your commissions I will let you know _φ(。。)^** • TIME FRAME ** •^
• Commissions will be completed within roughly 2-3 weeks, 2 months in case there is a complete rework of the channel, more than 20 emotes or a very detailed screen but remember I’m not only working with you, I’m working with more clients just like you for this
{Please note that this time is counted from the date when I start working on your commission, no since we started talking}.
✦ Rush orders are always possible with an addition of 50% of the final price but please contact me before to check my actual availability.
• Process •
** Sketch Phase**:
• This is a key part and the easiest to make changes and for this reason the revisions are unlimited. After you are satisfied with the result, no more changes will be made.
** Line&Coloring**:
• In this part I will proceed to clean up and color the drawings. Color changes are welcomed before i send the files to you, with no extra charges.
• If you want any changes once the commission is finished, extra charges will incur. This only applies if I have to redraw anything.
{ If I made a mistake when is complete, I will definitely fix it for no charge!}
Last Phase After you are satisfied with the final product I will send all files for you after the last part of the payment.

Animation Phase:
After you confirm the complete design, I will proceed to animate and send the final result not in the correct format and without transparent background for approval.
In this phase its not possible to modify the line and the coloring
• Cancellations and Refund Policy •
✦ You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment are received.
• The option of a full refund will be offered only in the case that I am not able to complete the commission within the set deadline.
• Copyright Info •
✦ When purchasing emotes or badges you're commissioning them to be made for use on Twitch, Discord and Telegram. You do not own the copyright of the art, just the right to use them on said platforms.
• If you plan on reselling the art in the form of merch we would have to discuss a new agreement/fee
❥ Copyright: (only for web) +50% of the amount (You have the PSD file, can do anything with them, but can’t sell)
❥ FULL RIGHTS: (copyright + commercial use) + 100% of the amount (You can sell them as merch)

Per favore, leggete attentamente i miei T.O.S prima di richiedere una commissione.
Commissionandomi, accetterete i termini di servizio qui di seguito.
• Generale •
✦ Posso rifiutare la vostra idea se non mi sento a mio agio con la richiesta.
✦ Non richiedete uno stile artistico diverso dal mio. Se avete scelto me per la vostra commissione, è perché vi piace il mio stile, e questo è quello che dovrete aspettarvi a lavoro concluso.
• I lavori verrano consegnati solo come file digitali (no stampe), nelle grandezze specificate a meno che non venga richiesto diversamente.
• È vietato modificare o copiare i miei lavori.
✦ È vietato cancellare un ordine o richiedere un rimborso quando la fase di sketch è stata conclusa.
• Pagamento •
✦ Tutti i pagamenti vengono effettuati via PayPal ([email protected]).
Per favore mandatemi un messaggio prima di effettuare il pagamento.
✦ Tutte le commissioni sono suddivise in uno di questi due metodi:
1) 30% quando inizio la commissione, 30% alla conferma delle bozze e saldo all'approvazione finale.
2) 50% quando inizio la commissione e saldo all'approvazione finale.
✦ Alla fine dell'ordine dovrete aggiungere la tassa PayPal del 4% del costo totale.
• Commissione •
✦ All'inizio di ogni mese contatterò tutti i clienti che hanno riservato uno slot per quel determinato periodo, dopodiché procederò in ordine cronologico.
• Sarai informato sui tempi di consegna stimati per il tuo ordine dopo che avremo discusso di ulteriori dettagli/specifiche e confermato (o meno in caso di modifiche) il preventivo precedentemente stabilito.
✦ Resterò in attesa di risposta per massimo 2 giorni lavorativi, qualora il terzo giorno non dovessi ancora ricevere risposta vi contatterò nuovamente e attenderò la fine della giornata. Passato questo periodo considererò direttamente cancellata la commissione e, in caso ci fosse il desiderio di procedere, andrà concordata una nuova data.
✦ Da Novembre 2022 ho iniziato a streammare su twitch progetti personali e commissioni, ovviamente non verrà streammato il processo di ideazioni delle emote e sarete sempre i primi a vedere le bozze MA se preferite che nemmeno gli step successivi vengano streammati fatemelo presente.
Non ho davvero una schedule di cosa porterò in live ma se volete essere resi partecipi di quando lavorerò sulla vostra commissioni vi informerò _φ(。。)• TEMPO DI ATTESA •
• Il tempo di attesa è di circa 2-3 settimane, 2 mesi in caso di rework completi di canale, più di 20 emotes o screen molto dettagliati.
✦ Ordini urgenti sono sempre possibili con un'aggiunta del 50% del prezzo finale ma, per favore, contattatemi prima per controllare la mia effettiva disponibilità.
• Procedimento •
La commissione verrà sempre suddivisa in 4 fasi:
Bozza:
• Durante la bozza è più facile poter apportare le modifiche e per questa ragione le revisioni e i cambi sono illimitati in questa fase. Dopo l'approvazione nessun cambio sarà più possibile.
Colorazione:
• Verrà definito completamente il disegno. Cambi di colore possono essere richiesti prima che il file venga inviato, con nessun costo aggiuntivo.
• Se doveste voler fare cambi una volta che la commissione è stata conclusa, vi verrà richiesto un costo aggiuntivo.
{Se dovessi fare un errore a lavoro finito, sarà mia premura risolvere il problema senza costi aggiuntivi.}
Finale:
Quando sarete soddisfatti del risultato finale invierò tutti i file con le grandezze specificate dopo il saldo finale.^ IN CASO DI ANIMAZIONI^
Animazione:
Dopo avermi confermato la lineart e la colorazione, procederò ad animare ed inviare il risultato finale non nel formato corretto e senza sfondo trasparente per l'approvazione.
In questa fase non è possibile modificare la lineart e la colorazione
• Cancellazione o Rimborso •
✦ È vietato cancellare un ordine o richiedere un rimborso quando la fase di sketch è stata conclusa o a pagamento effettuato.
• Potrete avere un rimborso totale solo nel caso io non sia in grado di completare la commissione.
• Copyright Info •
✦ Quando commissionate delle emote o dei badges state pagando il loro utilizzo su Twitch, Discord e Telegram.
Non si possiedono i diritti del disegno ma solo i diritti di utilizzarlo sulle piattaforme sopracitate.• Se doveste avere intenzione di rivendere il disegno sotto forma di merchandising, sarò felice di discutere con voi un nuovo accordo/prezzo (attualmente non vendo i diritti di emotes o badges, solo commissioni di chibis).
