By commissioning me you are agreeing with the terms listed below.
• General •
✦ I can reject your idea if I feel that I am unable to fulfill it.
✦ Do not request a certain art style from me. If you choose to commission me, it is because you like my style, and that is the style you should expect from the finished product.
• I only provide digital files (not printed art) in the sizes specified under commission pricing, unless specified by the client otherwise.
• Do not edit, copy or trace my work without my permission.
• Payment •
✦ All prices are in EUR.
✦ Payments are made through PayPal only.
✦ All commissions are to be split in this way:
50% when I start the commission and the remaining 50% upon conclusion.
✦ All commissioners must pay a 5% fee which covers tax and fees.
✦ Refunds are not accepted. This is non negotiable.
• The option of a full refund will be offered only in the case that I am not able to complete the commission within the set deadline.
• Commission •
✦ At the beginning of each month I will contact all customers who have reserved a slot for that month for further details, after that I will proceed in chronological order.
• I will wait for an answer for a maximum of 2 days, if on the third day I still don't receive an answer I will consider the commission canceled and, in case there is a desire to proceed again, a new date will be agreed.• TIME FRAME •
• Commissions will be completed within roughly 2-3 weeks, 2 months in case there is a complete rework of the channel, more than 20 emotes or a very detailed screen.
{Please note that this time is counted from the date when I start working on your commission, no since we started talking}.
✦ Rush orders are always possible with an addition of 50% of the final price but please contact me before to check my actual availability.• STREAMING •
✦ I have a twitch channel where I stream personal work and commission, of course the sketching phase will not be streamed and you will always be the first to see it BUT if you prefer that even the later steps are not streamed let me know.
I don't really have a schedule of what I will bring in live but if you wanna be notified when I will be working on your commissions I will let you know _φ(。。)
• Process •
Sketch Phase:
• This is a key part and the easiest to make changes and for this reason the revisions are unlimited. After you are satisfied with the result, no more changes will be made.
Line&Coloring:
• In this part I will proceed to clean up and color the drawings. Color changes are welcomed before i send the files to you, with no extra charges.
• If you want any changes once the commission is finished, extra charges will incur. This only applies if I have to redraw anything.
{ If I made a mistake when is complete, I will definitely fix it for no charge!}Animation Phase:
• After you confirm the complete design, I will proceed to animate and send the final result not in the correct format and without transparent background for approval.
In this phase its not possible to modify the line and the coloringLast Phase
• After you are satisfied with the final product I will send all files for you after the last part of the payment.

• Copyright Info •
✦ When purchasing emotes or badges you're commissioning them to be made for use on Twitch, Discord and Telegram. You do not own the copyright of the art, just the right to use them on said platforms.
• If you plan on reselling the art in the form of merch we would have to discuss a new agreement/fee
❥ Copyright: (only for web) +50% of the amount (You have the PSD file, can do anything with them, but can’t sell)
❥ FULL RIGHTS: (copyright + commercial use) +100% of the amount (You can sell them as merch)
